Your first visit with Cody Chiropractic Wellness Center
On your first visit to Cody Chiropractic Wellness Center you will be welcomed by one of our staff members. Then you will be given intake forms if you haven’t already filled them out. During this time we will take a copy of your insurance card.
After the intake forms are complete, one of our doctors will bring you back to start your one-on-one consultation. Next you will be given a sEMG scan (the same used by NASA) and any x-rays the doctor feels are needed to complete your consultation. A thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.
Is chiropractic care and our office right for you?
Our doctors will discuss you and your family’s health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help. If it looks promising, in some cases the doctor will start adjustments, or if he needs more time to review the findings from your scan and x-rays, you will be asked to schedule another appointment.
